History

Casolari Winery was founded in 1600 by Primo Casolari, who dedicated himself to the production of extraordinary wines produced from primitive autochthonous vines and to the planting of new Lambrusco grape varieties.

The choices taken by the company have always been aimed at producing wines of quality. This quality is also owed to a great passion and love for the land. Contained in the winery's bottles of Lambrusco has always been the love of things done well. Over the years, the company has led itself towards increases in growth and organization. There has been a recent addition of a large new wing to the historic Casolari winery. This ultra-modern part of the winery hosts international Bayer sommeliers, journalists, clients, and guests who are welcomed with courtesy and professionality. The family of Commendatore Cavaliere Ufficiale Primo Casolari personally oversees all phases of production in order to guarantee a high-quality product.
